The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across the United States and its territories. The 988 Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, combining local care and resources with national standards and best practices. The disaster distress helpline provides immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) HelpLine

Call or Text “Go” to 800-422-4423. Available via call, text, or chat 24/7/365 in over 170 languages. Hotline counselors are available to support those concerned about or affected by child abuse. The hotline is staffed by degreed counselors with experience working with child abuse, neglect, and maltreatment. Counselors are trained in supportive listening, crisis intervention, trauma-informed practices, and diversity.

National Domestic Violence Hotline
The Hotline can be accessed via the nationwide number 1−800−799−SAFE(7233) or TTY 1−800−787−3224 or (206) 518-9361 (Video Phone Only for Deaf Callers). The Hotline provides service referrals to agencies in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
